You Don’t Have to Do this Alone

Many of us carry an invisible load that we believe that we must carry alone. Maybe you fear burdening your loved ones with this heaviness? Healing requires an environment of safety and support. You do not need to do this alone.

 

Individual Counseling

In individual counseling, you will receive one on one sessions where we will deep dive into issues that are impacting you directly such as anxiety, depression, identity issues, stress, and much more. Although the focus of the session is on the individual, it is also possible to work on relational issues with others through one-on-one work.

Relationship Counseling

In this type of counseling, the focus will be on the relationship between you and your partner(s). My role is to observe the relationship, bring awareness to communication patterns and facilitate change that improves your connection, communication, repair after disagreements, and to ultimately breed more joy into your relationship.
