Insurance
I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, I do provide clients with documentation that can be submitted to your insurance company each month for reimbursement. Please refer to your insurance company for specifics around reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers.
Sliding Scale
Fees can be adjusted based on income for those that qualify. I offer limited sliding scale spots. Please reach out directly if you would like to inquire about sliding scale services.
